Households

Although some Congregation members may live alone, all belong to a Household containing at least one member.

For simplicity, JwC stores information common to all members in a Household under the name of the Head of Household.

This does NOT include phone numbers, as the tendency for some years has been toward separate mobile numbers for most Household members.

Therefore the Household grid includes only the names of Heads of House, with further information available in Details or Summaries on selecting that household.

The Head of House should be the one recognized as living with and legally responsible for the Household, whether or not he is one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

If he is not, JwC provides no discrete means of storing other information that would apply to him alone. However, there might need to be cautions noted in such cases and a place is provided.

For example, he might make it known Witnesses are not allowed to visit the home, not even in an Emergency.
