My Timed Meetings

VIDEO DISCUSSION available here.

As a JwC user, your meeting parts should always be on time, as JwC's  Document Editor  has several aids to assure that.

However, if you are a School Counselor or Assistant Counselor, you may find some presenters seem to have inability to stay within their alloted times.

How might you help them appreciate the degree of  their problem?

While a stop watch has been a traditional, reliable means, it has its drawbacks.

The author, as an assistant counselor, has been requested to try to help our errant presenters; JwC now has a new My Timed Meetings feature.

As it's name implies, My Timed Meetings (MTM) is part of your personal data, not the shareable Primary data.

MTM provides three related screens for the three steps involved:

  1. Preplanning upcoming meeting contents.
  2. Timing parts as the meeting progresses.
  3. Reviewing the results once meeting concludes.

Forethought indicated there would be some complexity in providing for especially the first two steps.

We hope you find the results intuitive and easy to follow.

Each screen is discussed in its open sub-topic following this page:
